  1. Sex crimes prosecutor Rachel Mitchell, who the Senate tapped to handle the allegations against Brett Kavanaugh, said she wouldn’t even pursue a search warrant against Kavanaugh, much less charge him with a crime, after hearing Thursday’s testimonies.

Mitchell gave senators a 30-minute presentation in which she covered the “facts that were established and not established” by the testimonies of both Kavanaugh and his accuser, Prof. Christine Blasey Ford, and concluded that she couldn’t bring the case “anywhere near a court room.”

The Maricopa County prosecutor did not advise senators on how to vote.

One senator, Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.), suggested the evidence was on Kavanaugh’s side.

“I don’t know what happened to Dr. Ford, but I’ve been a lawyer all my life. I used to do this for a living… you couldn’t get a warrant,” he said during an interview with Hannity. “She can’t tell you where it happened, when it happened. It’s not he said, she said. It’s she said, and they said. All people named said it didn’t happen. And you can’t get the date or the time.”

  2. My concerns regarding an FBI INVESTIGATION is the established corruption that is in place there. How can we believe in a week long process? More like months and millions dragging through unsubstantiated allegations.
